I need advice asap

I just had a baby in january. I had been having a regular period until about June when all of a sudden they stopped I haven't had a period since then until now. But it's different. It's brown and smells very bad. It don't smell like any of my other periods.. I have also gained 30 pounds and been acting weird but I didn't take a pregnancy test because I have pcos and hypothyroidism which causes my hormones to be unbalanced resulting without a period and weight gain. Could I have been pregnant and am having a miscarriage? Please help!!!
