And like today i tried masturbating and i started bleeding so bad I had to wear a depends I bled through a super maxi over night pad within 30 minutes and had to change depends 3 times within an hour of each other I just got over my period a week ago and I've never had issues like this.. The discharge has been going on for a couple months now and I've gone to the urgent Care a couple times and they just treat it as a yeast and uti but I know its something different also I don't see it being any std because my partner and i have been the only people we've had sex with in 5 years.. Hopefully my obgyn will figure it out tomorrow

It is always an excellent idea to get any unusual discharge checked. Go on to the doc.

Regarding cancer, it sounds more like a yeast infection or possibly BV (though BV's hallmark is more often just a horrid smell and not masses of thick discharge). Ovarian cancer is notorious for having no symptoms for a long time, that is why it is so deadly, because it has a chance to take hold and not be addressed. (It is possible that your grandma's cancer had nothing to do with the discharge she associates with it.) Also, at 20 you are unlikely to have it.

But if the discharge is gross and icky, it's time to see the ob/gyn and get a proper diagnosis.
