I'm not feeling very well, afraid of cancer.

Ok.. heres the deal. I'm 21, about 50 pounds over weight.. been smoking for 5 years...I have generalized anxiety disorder and I have acid reflux/gerd AND I just had my gallbladder taken out 2 weeks ago. ALL of that aside... I've been feeling extremely fatigued lately and have constant nausea... For a few months now, here and there, I have palpitations.. or i guess thats what it is.. my heart beats normal and then suddenly seems to pause and then pound really hard like a bubble in my throat... for the past year or so I have been getting these red bumps under my arms, on my breasts, and hips. They never come to a head... when i first used to get them i'd try to squeeze them but nothing would come out i would just bruise really bad and it would eventually leave a scar.. (I stopped messing with them to avoid scarring as I already have two scars on my right breast) These are really painful, big, ugly and annoying... I don't know why i keep getting them. So as of right now, day to day, nausea, heartburn, painful red bumps/boils, palpatations, and extreme fatigue. (Which is worsened lately because I just started working night shift) I am having trouble getting to a doctor because of my work schedule and I don't want to put it off if it could be serious.. I've changed my diet and started working out (yoga and dance)... but I haven't quit smoking ( about 3-5 cigarettes a day, and sometimes none) but i'm working on it.

My fears are that I have some kind of cancer, because of my over all feeling tired and sick constantly. I don't think i have any lumps in my neck, but i know that not only is my risk for throat cancer high because of smoking, but i also have acid reflux. I heard bumps under the arms can be caused by lymph nodes/ cancer etc... I just don't know what to tell the doctor when i finally get a chance to go... and if i should just make an emergency visit because its that serious...

Everyone tells me I worry too much, but last time they said that i ended up in the hospital with an emergency gallbladder removal. which btw.. everything healed fine but last week I have to almost exact same pain again but more in my middle back after taking a left over percocet from the surgery.... I was all healed up but had a headache and wanted to sleep but couldn't (I know I shouldn't have but it was there)

Is there anything out there that could explain these symptoms? I know Anixety and GERD can cause nausea and palpatations.. but at what point should I stop assuming its something harmless and be afraid that something is seriously wrong. I can never tell... i went with severe gallbladder pain for 2 months because no one thought it was serious so i didnt either.. and it was... GAH! I'm so stressed out... sry.ca

you should go to the doctor and explain everything you are feeling! and don't listen to your friends, they can't know exactly what your experiencing and unless they are doctors they can't help you! if you feel like something is wrong go get it checked out! even if it turns out to be nothing serious, just going to the doc will erase all your stress and worry.
