I'm really scared that I might have Pancreatic cancer

Hi. I am 13 Years old and I missed my period by 4 days, and of course I'm a virgin so there's no way in hell i could be pregnant. but on the fourth day I got brown discharge instead of my period. So I just thought it was a weird period. Anyway I've gotten everything, mood swings, weight gain, cramps everything! I'm really paranoid too. But the brown discharge already happened to me this month at the beginning as a result of a missed period. Because my last period was only 6 days. But the worst part is that I'm too embarrassed to talk to my mom about these things, but I'm really scared cuz I mean I might have cancer so of course I might be scared! What should I do! And if anyone experienced the same thing plz tell me of I should be concerned or not. Thx

Another reason periods go AWOL is that the person has a high muscle-to-fat ratio.  Women athletes often don't see their periods until they stop their high-training times.  Talk to your mom, maybe see the doctor, but it is not going to be pancreatic cancer or any cancer, I don't think.

If you are genuinely worried ( and not just posting stupid stuff .....some people do) then it's something you really should talk about with your mum.... There are many reasons why your period could be abnormal....you could be anemic which means you have very low iron and therefore your body won't produce a period or if you have an eating disorder you will be too unhealthy to have one. But anyway she's your mum she is the person you go to for this sort of stuff. Just talk to her about it and don't use googlw to find out what is wrong .
