Is it normal to have 2 periods in one month ?.

Is it normal to have 2 periods in one month .? I came on the 2nd of Jan and went off the 7th but then on the 28th through the 1st of Feb I had another one and I haven't had one this month yet...does this mean my cycle is changing again .? Oh and I'm 20 years old so that's my age range
