why do I have bumps on my vagina??

Yesterday I randomly got 5 bumps on my vagina, 3 of them are more near the clitoris and 2 of them are closer to the actual vagina I don't know how I got these though? I'm a virgin and haven't shaved for a couple of weeks now, so I don't know how I got them, they almost feel like tiny spider bites, I started my period yesterday but I doubt that has anything to do with this because this hasn't happened to me when I was on my period before. How could I wake up with 5 random bumps? Also I forgot to say that I got the flu recently as well could that have anything to do with it? Somebody help please??
