Is there possibly something wrong with my female organs?

I am a 27 year old mom of four. I had twins at the age of 18 and then my daughter a year later and then my youngest a year and a half later. Doctor said that I had too many babies back to back for being so young. My son was born with Gastroscisis and right after he was born I had a my tubes tied and then a pap smear came back with abnormal cells on my cervix. They did a biopsy and doc said things were fine.

Here I am almost 6 years later and I have not seen an ob/gyn since. I am having very irregular periods. Sometimes they skip a month and then there have been times it skips 3-4 months and after that I sure make up for it with heavy bleeding and major pains. Plus, I have noticed that I am starting to grow facial hair much like a man does. My hair on legs and other parts grow very rapidly and coarse like a mans as well. I am very, very tired. I can sleep an entire day and still wake up and feel drained and miserable. Plus the last couple of days I have been constipated and having this pain on my right side between my hip and my rib cage. It is a dull, achy pain. I am feeling full faster and very bloated. I took my temperature twice and it is about 100.7.  Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with me. I am feeling horrible and the pain is horrible and I need to know what is wrong so I can take care of it.

Please if you have any idea what could be wrong with me shoot me a response. Thank You.

maybe you should go and see a doctor, if you are in pain and your cycles are abnormal then your doctor will be able to run some tests. it could have something to do with your thyroid.
id go and see your doctor
