Is this a normal Labia minora?

Was wondering if it's normal to have little bumps like fodyces on your Labia minora? And also I have these like skin tag peices of skin coming out from the inside of my labia minora, is that normal? Or would it be warts or something? Doesn't look like warts to me. They've been there for atleast 5 months and haven't changed. Not sure if it's just my skin or not. I would post pictures but I don't know how to.

Ok, so fordyce spots feel like grains of sand under the skin, that’s how they feel to me, as I have a lot on the right hand side of the labia minora... if you gently pull the skin and look at them, I notice that with me, they are slightly yellowish in colour and are scattered like pebbles.  If you would feel better having a medical professional have a look, then just nip in and ask to seek their advice, I’ve been back a forth plenty of times for advice!

Best regards!
