137 days late but negative test

Here is the full story. I am at my wits end. I am uni student(20's) and I have a bf who with I have s*x wt. We always take lots of precaution like pulling out or using condom and I always wash my vagina throughly even if he was wearing condom. My period is 137 days late that is equivalent to almost 5 months. However I have done the pregnancy urine test multiple times. All have the same result which is negative. I am very confuse because I don't know what I should do now? Also take note tat I have done a sexual disease blood test and came out clean. And I am my bf first. So I can't see sexual disease as a cause. Also I just finished taking my hpv vaccine bout 1-2 years ago. I really need someone advice or better yet medical advice on what is happening to me. (Also note tat previously I do have irregular period but the longest it has delayed was 3 months and tat only happened once)

If you were 5 months pregnant, you would have symptoms besides a missing period.  See your doctor and get a blood test, just to put that question to rest.  If you are student, one thing that can happen is that school stress makes the period go AWOL.  Are you under a lot of stress?
