Hi i read your note and i coulndnt help it to write back to you ive expirience the saem thing before and actually did the same not cut it off but i pocked it with a niddle and try taking what was inside blood came out and instead it got worst am going to tell you this i know it might be very unconfortable to talk to another person about somthing like that feering that they will judge you ......but is better to say the things we expirience than to stay quite i passed a year with chlymidia because i never told nobody the symtopns or what i was feeling it is best for you to go to the nearest OB/GYNE if you dont know where can it be go online and look for clinics around or type in for what you will like to know you should get checked this can be a start of an infection /lesion or somthing else please do that!!!!! if you let things go by at times its to late to treat it and about someone telling you to pop it or cut it off thats the worst advice that someone can tell you because isntead of taking it out you are reinfecting it and spreading the bacteria the procedure to remove those lumps or warts is not hard and is really fast you wont even feel it the inject anestisia and remove the thing with a scapel they put a dye to close it u will still have a little bump but the next day it will fall off please go to your ob/gyne if u have not!
I can't tell from your description exactly where the swelling is, but it sounds like a Bartholin's gland infection. If that's what it is, it's amazing that you were able to drain it yourself. You would expect a lot of blood (from the skin) before you reached the gland and drained the fluid out. Most people go to a doctor for this, and it would probably be a good idea in your case. That's because they normally put a drain in there to keep it clear until they can sew it back up. They also sometimes sew the skin to the edges of the open gland and let it heal that way (open), so the gland can never get infected again. You risk getting bad infections if you don't get it resolved effectively.
Bartholin's gland infections are extremely common and anyone from virgins to old ladies can and do get them. Your mother knows about this and you should tell her what's happened to you. I'm sure she'll get you the medical attention you need. The doctor may even complement you on your surgical skills. Good luck.
I've had something very very similar and reacted in the same way - i had a huge lump on the fleshy pubic hair area above my vagina - seemed hard but also like it was filled with fluid - i ended up cutting it open, blood dripped out and a hard white like lump came out - I kept sort of squeezing it for a couple of days and it got worse and hurt like hell - i was terrified and tried looking for information on the net, but it got worse and in the end i had to bite the bullet and call my GP - I saw him and he examined me and it turned out it was an infected hair follicle (because i shaved a lot, an ingrown hair had gotten infected). I had to take antibiotics for 5 days, and had to apply some antibacterial cream to the lump, and after 2 days it went down dramatically and by the time i'd finished the course of antibiotics it had gone completely. I get them still now and again - but its not anything to be scared about - honestly, your doc will have seen it all before but its really important that you tell your mum and get to the gp quickly just to put your mind at rest and to make sure you get the right treatment asap. I know its a little scary hving to tell your mum stuff about something seemingly so icky and private but honestly, its worth it for the peace of mind you will get and you'll be so glad you got it checked and treated. Good Luck
Anytime blood is being expelled from your vagina and you're not have your menstrual cycle it's time to see a doc. Cutting or rupturing any area of your body especially a lump on the vagina can on make it worse than what it originally was. Being that our vagina's are as sensitive as the inside of our mouths are we have to always be careful when it comes to any abnormal abrasion. Please, please, please get to a doc ASAP. Best wishes and God bless as well!
