I never thought about using a condom when we do anal,I guess because weve been together for so long and I had a tubal. But his personal hygiene is really good but I do understand what your saying about the foreskin and not getting everything. And the antibacterial wash is a really good idea thanks.
Get one for him too. Don't split one between you or it will not be long enough in duration.
I would also have him wear a condom if you do anal, to keep things clean. If bacterial matter gets under his foreskin, he is going to have to be one heck of a penis washer to get it all out, and if it is not all out, who knows what kind of bacterial populations are thriving in there. You wouldn't need to go straight from anal to vaginal in order to pick up something from a nice little petri dish like that.
Go with the antibiotics first and also remind him about cleaning super well under the foreskin. Maybe even with an antibacterial product.
Good luck.
Ok thanks,im gonna get another prescription from my dr.Hopefully this keeps it away!
Correct. I have only had BV once. The doctor was sure we should both be on the Flagyl for the same length of time, at the same time.
No,we havent had flagyl at the same time because I was always told that it wasn't sexually transmitted. So after you and your husband were both treated you haven't gotten it any more?
Has he had the Flagyl at the same time you do? My doctor had my husband and I both take the same run of pills at the same time, so he would not pass it back to me after I was clear of the BV.
