Instead of bleeding during a period, is having a brownish discharge okay?

Allot of people do that. If the blood gets trapped in one area for some amount of time it can turn brown, or if you have sex while your on your period. Sometimes it happens when you sleep in a position where blood can’t get out. I think it has something to with cells and oxygen levels. It also may be, because of your diet. Some people bleed a darker color if they don't drink the rite amount of liquid.
