My Nipples are Sore but Breast are Not

Hi. I'm looking for sum help, suggestions, ANYTHING AT THIS POINT!!! I am 45- I am a Mother of 1- he
Who just turned 21! His father n I have been separated but have been trying to work on our marriage !!! I had gotten my period on August 25-26.. It was Alittle off but lately it has either been real heavy or normal - depending on which side i bleed from !!!  A week or so b4 my period my husband n I had sex - he would love to have another child! One of the reasons we are separated is because I had gotten thyroid cancer in 2009 on the left side & only to find out 6 months later it had come back n spread to the right side- IT FOREVER CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I had radiation treatment for 4 years - and what is called Uptakes !! (They give u small dose of radiation to light ur body up to see if any signs of thyroid tissue has returned!?! Unfortunately, since ur thuroid is a tissue Tommie can come back at any time!!! The fact that it did come back n spread to the right thyroid 6months later, Well My Drs told me I Am Now more of a Candidate that it could return again - float into my breast - lymph nodes - believe it or not - since its tissue ... It can float anywhere- even to ur cervix - and if there is cancer tagging along - wherever it settles it can cause cancer their!!!
Anyway,, I've been in remission n like I stated had sex prior to my period on August 25-26..
About 4 days ago my Breast felt full and were sore.. The whole breast (both) .. Like I was getting ready for my period again?! So I figured ok maybe a change of life (start of menapause or just Sumthing Simple).. After the two days my breast (which are Naturally 38tripleDs) Stayed Sumwhat full when I took off my bra and I noticed I had tenderness in both Nipples - I'm going on 4th-5th day and I Push on Breast with or with out a bra n I'm very uncomfortable n it's just Sooo Sore!! I have squeezed my nipples n no liquids (good sign) .. But I am having lower back pain .. And Also am very fatigued!!! I did have bloodwork on Thursday checking my cancer levels (make sure nothing cornes up 4 cancer) I just took a pregnancy test (although from dollar store. It said neg.) I GUESS IM WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD OFFER ANY OPINIONS.. SUGGESTIONS.. HAS IT HAPPENED 2 ANY1 OUT THERE.. I AM JUST SCARED -  IDK IF MY CANCER HAS RETURNED AND MAY HAVE SPREAD TO MY BREAST !!!? AS FAR AS PREGNANT - I COULD ONLY BE BLESSED IF I WAS !!!! But I truly am WORRIED IT IS GONA BE BAD!!!! I'm Not yelling as I capitalized my words - I'm Stressed and Signed onto here HOPING N PRAYING 4 sum HELP!!!!
Thank Any1 for Any Help/Suggestions u Could Give!!! Xo

Hi,
You should definitely speak with your doctor about the pain you're experiencing so that you can figure out if this serious, or not. Your doctor may suggest a breast health exam and mammogram/ breast screening.  Meanwhile, you might also want to do a bit of research about perimenopause and mastalgia (the medical term for breast pain) to see if any of your symptoms match the descriptions. Your breast pain could be due to hormonal changes in your body because you might be perimenopausal (?) at 45. I had the same experience as you have had, after my 45th birthday this year, and found out that I am perimenopausal. For the pain, I apply a warm compress to the breast and take either Ibuprofen or acetaminophen to help relieve any lingering pain. Ditch any tight fitting Bra's. Your doctor will probably have better suggestions for dealing with breast pain and more helpful treatments...

I am also a cancer survivor, believe me I know how scary it can be when it comes to dealing with another unknown health issue, that's why it's so important to get the right information from your doctor as soon as possible. Stay Strong and Be Proactive!!!
Best Wishes :)
