My period changed.... why?

Recently I started getting my period every two weeks... my diet and physical aspects have not changed.. yes a little bit of stress in my life but what woman doesn't have stressors lol

I have been tracking... I'm not on any meds including birth control, I feel like they just wanna cut me open

I know how frustrating it can be to deal with irregular periods, and it can be scary when you don't know what's going on with your body. Try not to assume the worst right now, and keep in mind that it could be something as common as thyroid issues or imbalanced hormones (Estrogen and Progesterone levels can and will change throughout our lives). I suggest making an appointment with your doctor for a pelvic exam and to discuss your frequent cycles. During your appointment ask about what treatment options are available to get your cycle back on track. I wish you luck ~ Hang in there :)

There could be numerous reasons why this could be happening, such as: stress, medications, side effects from birth control, hormone imbalance, miscalculation, and so on... If this happens continuously, you should start keeping track of your menstrual cycle and consider speaking with your doctor about this soon, just to rule out anything serious.
