Get them checked out. They sound like warts. Sometimes they are sensitive to a paste of aspirin, which kills them, but that is only one variety. You need an in-person evaluationj.
Hi,
The best thing to do is to be checked out by a doctor; a doctor is the only person who could properly diagnose the bumps. If there is a nurse on duty at your school, you can always speak to the nurse in private about this. Try to stay calm, and keep in mind that not all bumps are caused by disease. Even if you are not or never have been sexually active, sometimes bumps appear around the vagina and vulva due to pimples, ingrown hairs, clogged glands, cysts and so on. To help put your mind at ease, speak with a medical professional about concerns with the bumps, soon...
Good Luck
