My vagina has two white sources that hurt badly. Help! =( (Not sure where this should have gone)

OK. On my profile (not my domain pic) there is a pic of my vagina being stretched open (gross, right??) showing the two white spots.
The "sources", as I call them, are almost like spores. Every time I go to the bathroom, it does not sting or burn but afterwards, it hurts so badly the pain in almost unbearable. I have not gone to the doctor. If I wipe over it, it hurts worse. The pain last for a few hours. The white sores are in the left flap ( do not know the terminology) and they are most visible after I go to the bathroom. I cannot touch them. They are very sensitive. But I did, and they are hard. I thought I could wipe them off, it was discharge or something, but I cannot (obviously, from the pain I endured after touching!!). I noticed they were there (or at least, the pain started a few days ago. Maybe yesterday.) PLEASE help me. Anything you know? Will this go away? And how long will it take to go away w/o medicine?

I was just adding on to that in case it was informal. And thank you, but I think I will just wait. The pain is less worse today.

Sorry, but the only way to find out what is happening and to get the right treatment is to get examined by a doctor.  Have your mom take you to see a primary care physician if you don't have a gynecologist.  A primary care physician can refer you to a gynecologist.  A lot of times, this is required of insurance companies--to get a referral from your primary care physician.  It doesn't matter if the pain is during urination or not.

This is probably just some kind of bacteria or yeast.  Don't know what kind, but you don't have to be sexually active to get this kind of problem in the vaginal area.

I'M FOURTEEN! They will touch it and that obviously hurts. I'm afraid!
Also, the pain is not DURING the urination, it is after and pretty much only when the sores are rubbing against the other flap (again, that doesn't sound right.) So, I assume I will just have to sit there forever with my pants around my ankles and my feet in the air, spread out, lying on the floor....
It's just too bad I have to go to school everyday....

I am not sure what the white spot are. But since they are causing you pain and discomfort during urination, I would highly suggest going see and obgyn. They can test the area for infection and if needed give you the proper medication. Sorry I can't answer whats going on down there for you, but really you should see your dr. There's nothing to be ashamed of.
