I'm afraid the only way this condition is going to be diagnosed is for you to see a doctor.........preferably a gynecologist. We are not doctors and can only suggest possibilities as to what MIGHT be going on..........and no doctor would ever diagnose you over the internet without a physical exam. Since whatever is going on is affecting the way you walk, I would not wait any longer to have this examined by a doctor. I don't want to scare you, but there are some vaginal infections if left untreated can spread and possibly result in infertility.
If you are sexually active, I would be concerned that you have a sexually transmitted disease called chlamydia.
Other possibilities are:
vaginosis
trichomoniasis
vulvodynia
All of these need to be treated by a doctor.
I understand if you are embarrassed, but your health is far more important than a few minutes of embarrassment.
If you are concerned about the cost or don't have a doctor, Planned Parenthood can examine and treat all these conditions and charge on a sliding scale. It's my understanding that they never turn any woman away under any circumstances.
I sincerely and strongly urge you to see a doctor and get this diagnosed and treated.
I wish you the best
