My best friend started lactating(colostrum) from 5 1/2 months pregnant and on. It's not too common but nothing really to worry about. As to the peeing, i'm sorry but it'll only get worse. When i was around 7 months I was always peeing, when i laughed, coughed anything i did could cause me to pee a little(sorry TMI lol). I ended up using small pantyliners and always had a spare change of undies with me. And like Pcogale said doing kegel exercises does help with it.

I don't think the vomiting has anything to do with miscarriage, you would be feeling pains in your uterus also. But i would definitely call the doctor about the vomiting and everything else, they may be able to give you something to help it.

It's possible that the throwing up may be related to something else like food poisoning.

Unfortunately vomiting will strain your pelvic floor muscles so you may need to pee more.  But doing kegel exercises will help strengthen your pelvic floor.

With the lactating.  Is it just colostrum that you are seeing.  It's not common but some women seem to leak a lot for no apparent reason.  It's more unusual rather than abnormal.  It could be a sign of an abundant milk supply when the baby comes.

But have a chat to your midwife or OB and then can check you over just in case there is something else happening.

Call your doc and tell what is going on  The peeing is really normal.  The lactating, not so much.  See what they say.  (Some women throw up the whole 9 months.)
