Need help for severe pelvic adhesions!

I have had multiple surgeries for lysis of adhesions due to hysterectomy, c-sections, ovarian cyst removal, etc.  I have had a bowel resection due to the adhesions on the small intestine.  I am in constant, severe pain but I am told by the doctors around here that there is nothing to be done, because any additional surgery to remove adhesions would only create more adhesions plus it is too dangerous for them to even attempt since everything is stuck together.  I was just wondering if there is anyone that specializes in this or is there anywhere I can go?  Any advice or comments would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Oh, by the way, I am 39 yrs old.

i have pelvic adhesive disease. I had several surgeries for endo and fertility issues. I had open surgery for a 12 cm endometrioma and lost my right ovary and tube. I had adhesions and endo everywhere. within a year i was in dire pain and by the second year i was going everywhere for opions. I ignored the "get a hysteretomy" and listened to my  repro. endocronologist. I has surgery with the da vinci robot. I had extensive adhesions connecting my bladder to my sigmoid colon and my bladder attached to colon and to uterus. I could barely pee. Now this was this past april. I feel adhesions in the upper area of my pelvis where she did not use any barrier material.. What do I do now?
I have had 2 c sections as well so in all there have been at least 5 abdominal surgeries. I am taking savella for nerve pain but it increased my blood pressure to 160 over 90. I dont want to resort to narcotics but at this point jumping off a bridge sounds reasonable sometimes. I am in south fl.
Nobody here seems to know what to do for me.  Help. WHere can I go. My insurance in nation wide.

Dr. Andrew Cook in Los Gatos, CA specializes in this type of surgery, no matter how many surgeries you have already had. He has a pelvic pain center, Vital Health Institute, with the kindest staff you'll every meet and he knows everything about endo and adhesions. He's one of the top endo surgeons in the country.

I'm in my 3rd week of recovery from surgery by him to remove adhesions and endo. I feel very confident all is out and won't come back again. He even gave me the DVD of the entire operation. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
