No discharge except for white specks, lots of itching and no infections of any kind

This all started a 4 months ago when I had sex for the first time after not having it for 6 months, I’m 15. I used protection as well, I had to pee very bad before we had sex so after a few minutes it started to hurt really bad and I had to stop, I tried peeing but nothing was coming out but it hurt so bad. I went home and went to the bathroom and was able to pee, it was super cloudy and dark. My lower abdomen also really hurt it felt like a lot of pressure was being put on it. I didn’t have sex for about a month because of the thing that happened and I thought after some time sex would feel good when I tried with my boyfriend again. In that month I felt like I had to pee constantly, I would go to the bathroom and nothing would come out except a few drops, my lower abdomen also never stopped having the pressure feeling on it, it was constant every day. I went to my doctor and told her what was going on, I got a test for a Uti and it came out clean, so now it was a month and a half after this all started happening, one day I woke up and peed and there was white tissue in my pee and it was super cloudy like it always was so I went back to the doctor and still no uti, I also got tested for stds and they came back negative. I got an ultra sound down because it started effecting my everyday life and nothing showed up, my kidneys, bladder, and uterus looked fine the only thing that was off was that there was some fluid around my uterus, the doctor told me that it was a ruptured cyst and my body should absorb it in a few months. Now it was 2 months since it started happening and I had sex again, it felt good for the first few minutes but then it started to feel like I had to pee really bad even though I peed right before and didn’t drink that much liquid that day, I also felt extremely dry like there was no lubrication. When I came home I felt super sore again and went to pee, there was blood when I wiped and I wasn’t even about to get my period. About a week passed after I had sex for the second time and the urine thing went away but now I had something different, I felt so dry to the point where I couldn’t go without feeling uncomfortable down there, I wasn’t having any discharge at all, the only discharge I was having was nothing I’ve ever seen before, it wasn’t even discharge really it was like specks of what looked like skin or something, I also started to be very itchy too, I went to the gyno instead of my primary doctor ‘this time and got looked at, she said that there was some yeast in the sample but not much she also said everything looked fine except my Vulva looked a little bit irritated. I got on dyflucan or something to get rid of the yeast infection, and nothing got better I started to get more of this dead skin thing and still no discharge, I stopped wearing underwear and was wearing very loose clothing, I switched laundry ditergents to non frangrence, I switched soaps for sensitive skin bar soap, and nothing got better still. I went back to the gyno and she gave me yeast infection creme to insert and said maybe it was a yeast infection that was stubborn I also bought some lube to help with the constant dryness. Nothing got better, now it was 3 months this was happening, I had sex again and before I put Vaseline and olive oil on myself and it still felt so dry I didn’t try putting more on though, I gave up it hurt so bad because it felt so dry it wasn’t any fun for me. I went back again to the gyno and she said that I needed to see a specialist and I also got put on birth control to see if maybe that would help with the dryness, I also have very bad cramps and heavy periods so that’s also why I was put on birth control once I got my period, still the same weird discharge that looked like skin and dryness. I got my period a week ago, i went to the toilet peed and there was so much blood that came out of me it was crazy, there was also a lot of clots, throughout the first day it was so heavy and I don’t know why it was only my first day, later that night I started my birth control, the next day was the same thing my period was so heavy the most heavy I’ve ever had it and there’s was so many blood clots, the third and fourth day my period blood was still heavy but I stopped having clots and it was almost black in color, the fifth day it was brown but it changed, it almost looked like powder, the blood wasn’t even blood it looked like brown powder in water and that’s what kept coming out of me. The sixth day my period stopped and I felt super dry again. Today I woke up and I felt so dry it was crazy, i put on sweatpants and no underwear and it’s so itchy and feels so dry, I’ve already reapplied Vaseline and lube like 3 times and my vagina just keeps soaking it up. I also am having the same discharge again! I have my appointment with the specialist on Tuesday but I just can’t seem to wait, I’m freaking out because I can’t even walk it’s so uncomfortable and nothing seems to be taking it away. Anyone know or have had a similar experience? It seems like there is absolutely nothing on the internet that is similar to what’s going on with me and I just wanna have sex with my bf and be normal again:(

Hm well this all sounds difficult and I'm sure you are getting tired of it.  Not sure where you are from but if you are in the United States, Planned Parenthood is a great place for teen girls.  They will see you without your parents, you can tell them everything without any repercussions and receive treatment.  They take cash on a sliding fee scale for payment knowing you as a teen won't have a lot of money.  So, look them up if you live in the states.

You may have had a couple of things going on.  The peeing issue sounds like a UTI. This is when a small amount of bacteria has gotten in the urethra.  So, then you have the urge to pee but it is hard to actually eliminate or go and it burns as the stream gets going.  Antibiotics are often needed to treat this.  The other issue is yeast. That itches like crazy. Discharge with yeast can be a variety of looks.  From clumpy and cottage cheese like to scant with a few lumps in it to smooth.  It's the itching that gives it away.  A doctor can swab for that to know for sure it is yeast and if you've never been diagnosed with one, it's a good idea to let a doctor do that.  Otherwise, these are easily treatable with over the counter products like monstat one day ovule (put in when you go to bed wearing a pad and keep in all night).  Bacterial vaginosis does not sound to be in play here.  That is typically a really foul odor with the discharge.  Like noticeably bad. And discharge is usually thin and watery.

Those are the big things that I wonder if any are going on with you (except BV as you didn't mention a smell).

I really think you probably need to be seen at this point as it has been going on for a while.  Let us know what you think!

I got tested for a uti twice and they both came back negative. I also got tested for a yeast infection, bv, and a ton of other common infections and stds and they all came back negative
