Ouch down there

I am a non-sexually active 20 year old virgin. I am having vaginal itching, burning, redness, and inflammation. This has been going on "on and off" for about a month. I even have some tiny lacerations that showed up recently. I don't have any foul-odor, or discharge (so I figured no yeast infection). I have been using baby diaper rash cream to help with the pain. Can you help me?

I would'nt be so sure about the yeast infection, I don't have any ordor or discharge to speak of with mine, but I sure have all the other symptoms you have mentioned. Either way I think this calls for an office visit with your doctor to find out what is causing your discomfort. All women get infections so there's nothing to be embarrassed about. It could be as simple as wearing your jeans too tight up there. Good Luck to you

Even if you are a virgin, if you masturbate or take baths alot, you could possibly have a yeast infection. Go to a geno or purchase a yeast infection remedy at CVS if you believe this is the case.
Another reason you may be really itchy, is if you shave your pubbic hair. When the hair starts to grow back, it rubs against the snsitive skin and causes itching. Either let it grow in, or continue to shave where it itches.
