Have you had any sort of womb infections from MC or anythin? My gynaecologist thought i may have had PID after severe uterine infection when I had a missed mc, I thought you could only get it through STI's so was very confused myself but apparently not, and yeast infections come at anytime, id never had one of those til mc either, can have a lot to do with hormone changes which im guessin your body is goin through after the surgery, the anitbiotices should clear it up but keep and eye on pelvic pain for the future, hope this helps
nope,no mc here.I checked my paperwork and it said i had gardnerella positive.Im on antibiotics and my spouse shows no sighns so I get maybe im just confused.my vulva didnt get irritated until after the surgery, but im just worried the gardnerella is still there or i may have an std(which is very unlikely).
Gardnerella is bv which gives symptoms of a yeast infection, also anti biotics can cause yeast infections, I would suggest seeing gp when the course of anti biotics have finished, quite ironic really though as they use anti biotics to clear that too, in the mean time drink probiotic yoghurts or take a probiotic capsule each day ... to be on the safe side about std speak to your gp also, for some tests you can simply apply for a free pack online and you just post it back, it will put your mind at ease, but if it has been caused by std the antibiotics will clear that up if its chlamydia (obviously not every std), but if youve had BV for a while thats an infection so chances are this could have caused your PID as BV is known as an std even though women who havent even had sexual intercourse can get it :/ madness so therefore its not just std, its an inbalance of good bacteria in your body
