Hello,
Treatment involves NSAID pain killers,GnRH analogs, oral contraceptive pills, progestins and surgery. Surgery should be planned only when the other treatments fail.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I would suggest you read my profile and journals. I had stage IV Endometriosis as well. Deep infiltrating Endo.
Hysterectomy is not the answer. If that is what your gyno is saying then you need to find yourself a specialist in Endometriosis.
Yes this would have effected getting pregnant however there are lots of people that have gotten pregnant that had endo I am one of them.
