Pelvic Pain After Taking Plan B

I had to take Plan B in November because of a sexual assault.  I have had pain in my lower pelvic region since I took the pill.  The pain is typically on both sides, but it is occassionaly one-sided.  I spend about 2-3 weeks a month in pain.  However, my cycle has been normal the whole time.  Prior to this, I never had any PMS symtoms nor did I really have cramps.  I may have very mild ones on the first day of my period (not typically), but they were nothing compared to the pain I am having now.  Last month about the time that I was ovulating, I got extremely nauseated and I was in horrible pain.  Since I have never really had cramping before, I think that it is very unusual for it to start since I am 24 now.  If the pain was still due to Plan B, I would think that the hormone would have messed my cycle up.  Has anybody had problems like this from taking Plan B?

No, I haven't.  That is the only symptom that I am having though.  Usually, there are other symptoms that accompany most STDs  They gave me a really strong medication to kill the bacteria, if there were some.  They doctor said that it should prevent me from having an STD.  I took it about a week after I took Plan B.  They were unsure if he raped me, but they gave me everything just in case.

Have you been tested for STD's?  The pain may be caused from one rather than the fact you took your plan B.
