Question about lump outside in the lips of vigina

I have a lump for 1.5 years now with not any symptoms but im worried. I can feel it but it is like it is not there.
Does any of you have the same?No symptoms.Only you can feel the lump snd im worrying for any cancer.If it where Cancer i was going to have any symptoms?Or is it a cyst?
Does thus stays for many years as i have it for 1.5 years?
I would appreciate your advise.
