Period symptoms

I am a 20 year old female (obviously), and have had my period for 8 years. When I was about 16 I developed terrible cramps and still have terrible cramps during my period.. but this month seems to be worse.. today was day 2 of my period, I woke up bloated with slight cramps... and then throughout the day I began getting dizzy and developed a headache.. after lunch I started to feel better after eating and then a few hours later I was driving home and started feeling slight cramps again.. when I got home from work I felt the need to use the bathroom and when I went I had diarrhea... is this a possible period symptom??? I do not like the thought of diarrhea and as far as I know I have not eaten anything to mess up my stomach.. any answers will be greatly appreciated.
