Can you swim without wearing a tampon during your period?

Yes it does but one you get out the pool flows but you should wear a tampon for sanitary reason

No, your flow doesn't stop when you're in the pool. That is super unsanitary and inconsiderate to others swimming. Just hold out a few days.

Hi there.  I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to wear a tampon when swimming.  It's not like a pad with the worry it will expand.  You may get blood on your bathing suit.  :-(  I'd just wear the tampon and not worry about it.  good luck
