Creamy cervical mucus!? What's normal ?

For the last couple weeks I've been having a creamy cervical mucus that I can actually feel exiting my body, but only when I sit on the toilet to release urine or a bowel movement .. Vagina does not itch or have a foul smell and the discharge doesn't even smell bad at all actually .. It's likes a pearl white color and about a half teaspoon comes out. It only happens once MAYBE twice when I go to the restroom a day . . Is this normal ? I mean it's never happened before to me.

That is pretty normal. If it is towards the middle of your cycle, it could just be indications of how close you are to ovulating. There are different types of cervical fluid that many women experience as they approach ovulation and sometimes after.

Okay thanks for those reassuring words, just wanted to make it wasn't an std although I am still going to be seen at my obgyn this Thursday to be sure. If it were gonorrhea or chlamydia I would have a large amount of discharge correct?
