What are these bumps around the opening of my vagina?

The bumps are small, white, and hard. Not infected, not the kind you pop. More like little growths, comparable to skin tags. They are slightly painful, but don't cause major pain and are not in the way of sex. I have no clue what they are, but would like to know. I'm 20, overweight, no other health conditions, only one sex partner (ever) that I sleep with regularly. Can provide pictures.

Sounds like it might be a strain of hpv. Have your doctor do a visual check and they should be able to diagnose you in minutes. Good luck.
