Please Help- Swollen Red Labia, No discharge NOT STD

Okay ladies/gents I really need your help on this one

I was treated for BV and Yeast Infection and took 2 doses of Diflucan and 2g of Flagyl.  My last dose of Diflucin was Sunday.  It is now Wed I was seen by an OB at my school health center because I still have an extremely red and inflamed labia.  My labia does not itch- it ocassionally burns when I touch it.

I do not have any STD's.  and the doc says I have no yeast-

could it still be yeast though? I have NO discharge at all in fact I am as dry as a desert and it is painful! The ocassional discharge I will get is still clumpy- but has no color to it.

Ugh.

I am waiting to call another OB GYN but any ideas? should i try monistat in case it is a yeast infection? WHAT SHOULD I FREAKING DO!?

I am so embarrassed with my boyfriend this ***** its annoying more than an irritation

You took 2g of Flagyl for how long?  I had heard treatment for BV took a week or ten days.  Do you mean you took 2g daily for that amount of time?

It could still be yeast, but it's not for sure... The reason why I say that is because I was a little swolled as well and I burned, a day before that I was extremely itchy, I went to an urgency care to find out what it was, they found nothing!!! Guess what, two days later I found the yeast inbetween my labia minora and labia majora. And it was confirmed with my dr that it was yeast.
