Please help :( I'm so confused

Im 16 and thought there was a chance that i could be pregnant but i wasnt sure. i had unprotected sex about 4 weeks ago and i've experienced nausea, fatigue, headaches, sore breasts, frequent urination, weird feeling in tummy. but  then it all stopped and i got what i thought was my period (monday morning) but it only lasted 2 1/2 days(till yesterday afternoon) and was lighter than normal. Then today we had sex again but used a condom and before we did I thought i was completely off my period because i no longer had vaginal bleeding but during intercourse i bled, but then later on today i'm like kind of spotting. So i'm really confused, and i'm not quite sure if its my period or theres a possibility that i'm pregnant? My boyfriend thought i should take a test but after i got what we both thought was my period we thought it was fine? Cause I read that you cant be pregnant and have a period, but spotting is normal? i don't know, can someone please help me?

Its amazing what stress will do to our mind and body! Sometimes we worry SO much that we get things in our heads that make us believe there's really something going on!? I do know that stress DOES affect our menstrual flow, I've had times where I barely spotted due to the level of stress I was going through at that time! Don't know how long you've been dating this gentelman, and don't know how sexually active you are!? It is best though to use protection, You've got to think of it as the rest of your life being a mother from here on out! Look how much you went through the first time!? If the man ur with does not respect that you want to be safe/use protection, then stop and think, what does that tell you about him!? Be smart, think of the rest of your life, and remember who's important here!

All your symptoms can be chalked up to stress. However, I suggest you take a home pregnancy test for both peace of mind and because it is possible to have spotting during early pregnancy. Even a cheap one from a dollar store can be accurate enough to find a pregnancy after 4 weeks. If you're still experiencing your tummy problems and headaches then maybe you should talk to a dr.

I might also be a good thing to get onto birth control. Condoms can break and no birth control is 100% so it's best to double up on these things. Your dr should be able to help you figure out what would be best for you.
