Hi, Iam now 25 and one of my ovary is removed due to cystic ovary. It was done 3 years back. now in these days i am suffering from hot flushes. what can be done to reduce these flushes? and also my menstural period is not regular. Is this menopause?

my estrogen level is too low. ive been taking estrogen and progesteron from last 1yr but it has not solved my problem

Boy, I sure hope not at 25, since you have your other ovary.  Go see your ob-gyn or a specialist in fertility and have your hormones and your thyroid tested.  You might consider hormone replacement therapy if they find you are having a problem.
