Cranberries help reduce stress levels from pmsing to which your pain should subside ask your mom to pick up some. the pain should ease away, I'm not completely sure seeing that I'm allergic to them so I can't say from experience. but, my cousin use to have these same overly painful cramps and she said that it help ease the pain I hope this helps. Also strawberries and cantaloupe seem to have the same effect. If this does not help you on any way and your mom still refuses to get you help go to your school nurse and tell her what's happing if she or he is doing she/he job correctly then they should be able to help further and if not go to the doctors fake being sick if you have to and then ask to speak to the doctor alone and tell he or she what's happing  hope for the best
