Please replay for Continues bleeding still 19days

my pheoncy age 21 suffering from continues bleeding with heavy blood clots..she is very tired and said that she have a very sevior  pain and fearing each and every day her family of not having sufficient money to consult the doctor and small doctors are not giving a satisfaction feed back,before she suffer with abnormal periods and doctors said that some infection happen in Virgina...and now happening like heavy bleeding with blood clots been 19 days.
Please help what is the problem and how to treat it..

If you can get her some iron tablets (vitamins, the kind one takes orally) she should be taking one per day at least, and a lot of fluids. But she needs to see a doctor.

I'm not really sure what to tell you if she can't see a doctor.  That's what needs to happen here.  It could be fibroids which has those symptoms. But it's impossible to know over the internet.  She needs to be seen.  I'm not familiar with heavy bleeding for 19 days and clots to have anything to do with infection.  But bleeding for 19 days should be stopped.  Hope you she is able to get some medical attention.  Sorry I can't help any more than that.  good luck

And the symptoms of fibroid are I read as below.
80% age 50years
Weight gain
Swelling of womb

She is only 21years and she is loosing her weight and womb is normal..
Is there is any other problem can happen..?
