Possibly Pregnant & Test?

Only June 30th, I was taking a shower with boyfriend and I gave him oral. Ejaculation landed on chin and possibly dripped down to vaginia or even got washed down with water. I found some of his fluids on the "mound", the flesh above my clitoris but below the top part of my pantie line is. I don't really have any real symptoms and I've kind of started my period today, just mostly brown with some blood. My period was a day late but it's mostly the same time every month except when it changes due to stress and such.

I was just wondering, when would be the best time to take a pregnancy test to get the most accurate results?

Last Period: June 19th - June 22nd/23rd
Possible Conception: June 30th
Period Started: July 20th

If I were to take a pregnancy test next weekend and it came back negative and I waited another week to take it again, it was still negative does that mean I'm not pregnant for sure?
If I take a 3rd pregnancy test August 13th it was also negative, would that mean for sure I wasn't pregnant?

Also if I were to ovulate, clear stretchy discharge near the 1st of August does that mean for certain I'm not pregnant?

I am sure that you are not pregnant. You take a test 3 or 4 days after your missed period. You have not missed a period so if I was you I would just relax 9 times out of 10 you are not pregnant.

your not pregnant for certain. this will not have made you pregnant hun. dont waste any more money on tests.
