Suddenly overly lubricated during sex - Never before. Help!

I'm in my early 40's and have been postmenopausal since my early 20's.  I've been on the "dry" side for many many years.  Last year, I got an infection due to the use of an oil before sex.  Once the infection was cleared up, things were great and our sex life was fine.  After about a month, I noticed I was much much wetter than before.  I am NOT having orgasms and I am not on any type of vaginal hormones now as which would increase lubrication.  I am very in tune with my body but this has me stumped.

This liquid is colorless, odorless, etc.  It's just a LOT - to the point where it's too much and it's embarrassing (I lose my groove, he loses his groove etc).  I have talked it over with my GYN and she also doesn't understand it wasn't like this until I had the infection from the overabundant use of baby oil and was cleared up completely. It is NOT a yeast infection, it's not another type of infection - she has checked more than once for STD's, yeast and other types of infections.

The lubrication doesn't increase until penetration and then it's.. everywhere.    If anyone has any ideas as to what could be happening, please give me some feedback.
