Really tender breasts

My breasts have been hurting over the past few days, but today I can only apply light pressure without them hurting. I'm not about to get my period or anything so I don't know if they could just be developing still, I heard massaging could help, but today I think it would hurt too much to try, I'm a little worried and it's just very uncomfortable please give me any natural ways to get rid of the pain (besides Advil/ over the counter pain meds)

Cut back on caffeine.  It helps a lot.  Coffee, tea, Cola, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew all have a lot.
