Do I have further health problems to worry about right now?

I got the Mirena put in two years ago and experienced major health issues. I was having horrible mood swings, depression, anxiety, weight gain, seizures, migraines and vision and memory loss. I had the IUD removed back in September of 2015 because I woke up one day and I was bleeding heavily and experiencing a lot of pain. The doctor didn't remove my IUD until the next day because I called and complained and said it was getting worse. The day after it was removed, I woke up and I couldn't move my legs and I was bleeding a lot. I went into the emergency room by ambulance. I found out that I had pelvic inflammatory disease and I had experienced bleeding still and a lot of pain. So it has been almost 7 months since I had this Mirena removed and I am still experiencing a lot of pain here and there but it is gradually getting worse. I can not have sex with my partner hardly at all because of the pain. I feel like my ovaries are going to fall out now. I think I may go into the doctor today, but I wanted a second opinion or if anyone else has experienced this from the Mirena, advice would be helpful. I am scared. I am a single mom to a 3 year old and I need to be in the best health for him and I am honestly afraid to go into the doctor because I do not know what they are going to say. :/
