Severe cramps

Hi, I am having severe cramps at the moment and my mom said using a heating pad on my stomach might help but it's really not, what else can I do to calm my cramps down?

Yes, its our family's go to for headaches, cramps, and pain relief.  I always keep it on hand and will give it to my kids when they need it.  She shouldn't have a problem getting some for you if she is out of it.  good luck
