I second the notion of an ovarian cyst. Putting pressure on one if you have it (which can happen with sex) can be very painful. You might want to call in to your ob/gyn and see if they want to do an ultrasound. Also, watch your vaginal secretions for a few days to see if they are unusual, as in possibly draining from a cyst. The liquid would be clear plus blood, most likely.
Your description of the loss of vision sounds like you had an ocular migraine. Here is from Healthline's website, which is also interesting reading because it associates migraine with estrogen. "Ocular migraines can develop without the accompanying pain of a classic migraine. During an ocular migraine, you may see flashing or shimmering lights, zigzagging lines, or stars. It may also cause blind spots in your field of vision." My dad used to get ocular migraines, and would lose 90% of his vision during them. They would go away after a short time, and his doc told him it wasn't a serious issue, but the first time it happened it was pretty startling. They didn't hurt, like you'd expect when you hear the word "migraine." Do migraines or headaches run in your family, especially in the women in the family?
So, if it's deep in your gut, I'd wonder if you have an ovarian cyst. Pain that bad makes me wonder if it ruptured.
Do you have any bleeding, discharge, or pain with urination? Fever?
If it wasn't that deep, you could have a UTI. For me, sex with a UTI feels like razor blades along my urethra. Your symptoms may be different.
In any case, I do think you should see your doctor, especially if he was truly only a tad rougher than usual. If that's the case, we usually enjoy that or just say "ease up a bit, hon." It doesn't usually require hours on the couch contemplating the ER, right? If your doctor can't see you today, find a Planned Parenthood or urgent care, especially if you have discharge, bleeding, fever, nausea or vomiting.
