Skipped periods

Ok so I'm 13 , I'm a virgin , I had my last period in July 19 - 23, since then I haven't gotten my period , I did search it up and I think it's because I've been doing a lot of exercise and Ive been eating too much chips lol , but I just wanted yalls opinion on what that..

At your age it's normal to have an irregular period. It takes several years for your body to settle into a regular pattern. Even then some women have an irregular period schedule their whole lives and they work with their obgyn to determine how to regulate it.

But at your age it's not something to worry about. It's super annoying not knowing when it will come again but that's why I always wrote down in my calendar when I got it. If course now there are hundreds of apps out there so you can track it on your phone.

Hello :) I'm the same age as you and a virgin. I was in the same situation a couple months ago where I went 83 days without my period!! It's just because our bodies are young and still trying to figure out our bodies patterns. It's pretty normal so don't be worried!! Also worrying makes you go longer without your period if that makes sense. Hopefully this helps!!
