Sore breast

So I have had this problem for about 3-4 months. My nipples are very sore and itch the skin around it is itchy sore red raw and peeling and my actual breat itch as well it's on both sides but worse on the right. I do not have discharge and I get a small hard spot maybe from inflammation? I do breastfeed but no signs of yeast in my baby's mouth. What could this be?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such symptoms, nipple dermatitis, eczema and paget’s disease (although less likely) should be ruled out. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and some mild steroid after prescription. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
