Hello doctor, I used to do fairly intense workout like running and lifting. Last week I combined my workout routine with HIIT and I really pushed myself hard in the gym. I experienced spotting since then. I've had spotting previously but this time it is for 2 straight days. Is this something to worry or is it coz of the high intensity workout?
I am 23 years old. My previous period ended last Thursday and I am not sexually active.
