I'm an over thinker and cause my self to stress out a lot, recently I thought I was pregnant when I wasn't in fact and caused a lot of stress and tension in my body. I've been having stomach aches and cramping along with noises my stomach makes. Last night my brother made stir fry and I don't think he cook it right, an hour later I started throwing up, fever, chills, diarriah was very watery. I've been drinking goner ale and that seems to work. Today I woke up feeling a little better but still watery poop. Any advice? Thanks
