Strange Lump on Vagina

I'm 14 fourteen never had sex or anything like that and I have a hard lump type thing on my vagina near my anus. I'm not sure what it is. It moves a little, its hard and it looks like a pimple but wont pop. I've had it for 3 days and it hasn't gone away or gotten smaller. Please if u have any advice or knowledge please let me know.

If you shave down there it could be a staph infection. It will hurt a bit but to get rid of it pop it with a sterile needle and squeeze out the pus. After you drain it clean the area with hydrogen peroxide. If it doesn't go away on it's own after you do this or if you are too scared to pop it yourself you might need antibiotics to get rid of it.
