Let me clarify . . .   I am NOT really telling you to take two of your pills.  I have no idea what pills you take and would never tell anyone what medication or how much they should use.  I wrote that wrong---  I just meant, that if you have the ability to receive medical intervention for making this call and getting to the doctor---  you should do so.

If you can't make the call, have someone do it for you and drive you there so you can't back out.

good luck

Take two of your anxiety pills if they are acute acting and make the call.  Set up with someone to go to the doctor with you so that you can't back out.  Then go.  You need to.  Missing appointments in this situation is obviously not good, as you know.  This could be something other than cancer and probably is but it needs to be looked at and then treated.  No reason to live in discomfort.  See your doctor as soon as possible.  good luck and peace
