I have this pertruding sore on my rectum right on the opening, it gets bigger whenever i pass a bowel movement and becomes sore. I'm going to see the doctor tomorrow because he thinks i need to have a colonoscopy. I hardly ever goto the bathroom (maybe twice a week) and when i do it is very rock hard. I take two stool softeners every day from what my doctor prescribed me and it still hasn't helped me. Any advice or help ?
You should try changing your diet to something more fibrous food. Try having porridge for breakfast, and meaty foods for dinner.
Hi there! I went through something very similar. I didn't go to the doctor. I just started taking this natural seed called Salba. I take 1 tablespoon daily and it's made a HUGE difference for me. You should google it. It's got a lot of other benefits as well. It's no longer painful for me to go the the bathroom and i don't bleed anymore when I go either!
