TTC WITH BBT CHART

Hi, I'm ttc and receive feedback from other woman who are tracking their bbt and have noticed that they dont have much of a rise in the luteal phase. Ive gone up slowly (over 5 days) maybe only .3 degrees at the highest. Has anybody else had a similar experience? If so, have you received any help from a obgyn or have you still managed to conceive?? Ive been trying for months and months it feels, I'm only 22 years old, so I am veryyy confused. Thanks

really? I was wondering about that!! I'm willing to try ANYTHING a this point I just want to know im normal! LOL its soooo stressful trying to get pregnant and having no luck :( I think next charting cycle I'll do that it might make me feel better.
I went for bloodwork on day 20 of my cycle and my progesterone read 21 which I guess is good??? So im trying not to worry too much. The only thing that bothers me is I start having menstrual like pains sometimes 9 days before my period which also makes me worry my hormones are messed up.
Thanks for your advise greatly apprecfaited. Are you ttc too? or have you already?

I read that if you have a rise of 2-4 degrees it means that you have ovulated... have you tried taking your temp vaginally? I know that it might sound kinda gross but that's the best and more reliable way of tracking your temp. :)
