Cure for Pain around rectum area when aroused?

Little background I am 25, I have been with the same man for three years. we are very sexually active, about a year and a half ago I noticed pain durintje first portion of sex I figured because maybe I was swollen or tore something, normally I pushed through the pain there were times were I stoped all sexual activities so it could heal but every time we get back to it the pain is back. I noticed it hurts way more when he’s behind me. And now when I’m aroused I have pain in or around my rectum area. This I had been going on for about 6 months now. Never have engaged in anal sex. I tried to explain everything to my PA but they don’t seem to understand I’ve been check and just get the everything is normal, but obvisouly I know it’s not. There is something wrong. I don’t want to live like this, I’m afraid it will get worse and I won’t be able to have sex. I’m scared to bring these types of issues into my relationship, I just need answer preferably from someone who has the same issue and is now heald please LET ME KNOW!

Well, see an actual ob/gyn and not the PA.  I like them but then again, they are definitely not doctors.  I wouldn't have anal sex if you have pain in the area.  And I have to ask, there are times when there is a psychological reaction to sex like this.  Have you ever had any trauma?

I have never engaged in anal. And I do not have any prior trauma.
