2 vaginal canals?

In my vagina, there appears to be 2 separate passageways? There's like a mass of tissue in the center of the canal that moves upward or downward depending on which way you push. There is no pain, but is this something that should concern me?

That sounds like a vaginal septum, which is not at all uncommon or dangerous, just impractical. I suggest googling it to find out more and then talking to your doctor about it :)
